The sole aim of Tērvu is to provide ‘trustworthy luxury delicacies’ for people to mindlessly make the mindful choice. Our Story
Being someone who loves my/their body too much to feed refined sugar and chemicals, I had to stop consuming chocolates! -_-
It was so difficult to let go off chocolates as I love them and it has always given me a sense of solace and comfort; the flavor and the melty texture and some chocolates with the nuts and other inclusions was heavenly on the palette! No wonder it’s called God’s food. But, I couldn’t find enough trustable and satisfying choices in the market making clean chocolates. For long, I tried meeting the cravings fixing some quick desserts to feel close to biting into a chocolate, but still, I missed ‘CHOCOLATES’. That intense cravings pushed me to slowly figure to make them for myself. And, I did! and then I felt that ‘I should share it with others’! That is how I decided to build Tērvu, so, all of us who are concerned about our bodies can still enjoy ‘chocolates’.
Also, being a Psychotherapist, I understand this to be one of the areas people struggle with, that is, in making healthier choices when it comes to snacking and desserts due to learned preferences and existing available choices.
So, sharing a ‘choice’ with utmost care, ‘Tērvu luxury chocolates’ to meet your chocolate cravings without guilt, feeling rewarded, and continuing to stick to your self-love and self-care maintenance plan.

The Tērvu Bean to Bar Process
We are proudly a "Bean to Bar" chocolate maker. From sourcing single-origin cacao to final moulding, every step is controlled with utmost care to ensure the finest, creamiest, and healthiest bar reaches you.
1. Sourcing
Carefully sourcing the best quality single origin cocoa from our Indian farmers.
2. Roasting
Roasting the beans to release its tempting aroma and attain the best flavor profile.
3. Winnowing
Cracking and winnowing the husk to deshell the nibs, which are used for making the chocolate.
4. Grinding & Conging
Grounding the Nibs to be added to the stone grinder and conging for the perfected number of hours to achieve the creamy luxurious texture.
5. Tempering & Moulding
Tempering the chocolates to achieve the finest texture, then moulding them into our mindfully chosen vintage ‘moulds’—indicating the realness of a natural homemade product.
